Hello! Well I got the bug again so I'm trying to get back into brewing some beer. I won't be brewing a whole lot. My goal is to brew 3 gallon batches using the brew in a bag method. I had previously brewed extract with some grains so here I am again to give it a whirl! I like pale ale's and I had this crazy idea that I wanted to brew a pale ale that was at the maximum levels for the style so I'm calling it "Maximum Pale Ale". I'm not sure if I'll brew that one first, I might try a couple other ones to get back into the swing of things. Anyways I look forward to checking out the forums and watching videos and seeing all I can learn till I start my first batch. Cheers!
