hi friends, I should use gelatin sheets for the first time to clarify my beer after fermentation and it has been in cold crash at 0°C for a week but the us-05 yeast doesn't want to settle!!! how many grams per liter should I use? I should clarify 28 litres! Thank you all in advance. I trust in your experience

I use powdered gelatin and measure it with a measuring spoon, not by weight. For your volume I would use 4-8 ml of powder, dissolved in warm water before adding to the beer. More is not necessarily better.

Hi everyone, I don't have much experience so I would like to ask for some opinions from you. Do you think it is better to use gelatin sheets or powdered gelatin for brewing beer?

I use powder also and use 1/4 of a teaspoon in a 1/4 cup of water for 2.5 gallon (9.46L) batches.
