I live in Costa Rica and have been brewing about four years. I discovered beersmith about a year in and it revolutionized my brewing. I do All Grain, Biab, on a very simple homemade system. One of the challenges to brewing in Costa Rica is that the one homebrew store in the country only imports Castle Malts, a Belgian maltster. So I don't have access to many of the traditional malts available in the US.
