Welcome aboard,

I haven't brewed a Porter or a Cream Ale recently, but I did brew a twist on a IIPA,  Try a Dopplebock grainbil (malty) with enough hops to "Turn the head green".  What is that?

I call it an FPA,  That is Fred's Pale Ale,  it's not brewed by the book and it is outside of every style you can think of at 9.9%abv and a calculated 196 IBUs!  Did I say a BJCP judge said the head turned green?
