How to use acid tool for kettle souring

Hi i'm wondering if I can use any of the beersmith 3 acid tools to estimate the amount of acid needed for pre souring the wort for kettle souring.  This addition is for after the mash has completed and a lactic acid addition is used to drop the ph for lacto.  I attempted to use the mash ph adjustment tool but im not sure what to put for grain weight etc..
 
I'll revive this thread. Is there something I can use, or should I wait for implementation of such feature?
