New member to the forum ('hello') and I've brewing with BS3 weekly for the past eighteen months - it's very helpful, thanks.

Having searched the forum I see that this has been suggested before but please can we add hydrochloric acid (10% w/w) to the list of water agents?  By extension we could also then concoct an AMS/CRS (not that I use it).

Also, I like to treat all the water in the hot liquor tank.  At the moment in BS3 I have to add water agents in the mash and the sparge separately unless I'm overlooking something?

Thanks in advance.
