Does anyone else have this PID? Thanks to Homebrew Finds I got a good deal on it, however the instruction booklet leaves a lot to be desired. I think I've figured out how to auto tune it but I'm also trying to figure out if this thing can be operated on a manual mode where it's not trying to reach a certain temp, but simply applying full power to the element (for the boil).
