Lactic Acid Concentration Default

I may be missing this but have looked everywhere on both the web version & BS3 with no success. Is there anywhere that the default concentration of the Lactic Acid can be changed from 88% to 80%. I have 80% Lactic Acid and have to remember to amend with each recipe, I know I will forget one day!

Go to Ingredients/Miscellaneous and scroll to Lactic Acid (you can also use the search function). Double click on the listing, change the 88% in both the Name and Percent Acid boxes to 80%, click OK, and you're done.
