Mash Timer - Steps don't alarm

I am using the BIAB Full Body mash profile. It has 2 steps but the timer just combines them. It never alarms at the 10 minute mash out step. It only alarms at 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Alarms in the boil work perfect.

That is very odd as both alarms are done in the same way.  I'll run a few tests here to try to duplicate this however
