Missing Recipes

Can someone explain how the recipe file structure works.
In particular: I moved a bunch of recipes from Favorites/Cloud to Recipes/Cloud using the "Move to Folder" tab thinking i'd have access to them from both of my devices( mac & iphone), only some of the recipes didn't move as expected.

Anything you put in the Cloud folder should be accessible in the cloud folder from other devices.

Anything you put in My Recipes would be available only on the local device as it is in local storage.
 
I forgot to mention if you moved some and actually are missing any you can go to Recipe->Recipe Archive on the desktop and there should be copies there from the move.
