Mobile version 2.2 Upgrade

Currently, I have mobile version 2.02.007 - The App store shows 2.2.07 but doesn't indicate that it can be loaded, only opened.  Is there a way to upgrade to the latest version? 
 
Those versions are the same (2.02 and 2.2 are equivalent).
