Need help brewing a wit monster brew

While brewing  I got sidetracked and rushed I forgot to add the coriander and orange peel.  To the final minutes of the boil. I have it in the carboy already. Is this beer salvageable or is there no options?

Of course it's salvageable!  Many of us add spices post fermentation.  You can make a tincture, or a tea.  Here's a link from Mike Tonsmieres (author of American Sour Beers) homebrewing website about doing just that.
