Is there a way to add post-boil water to a recipe?  i.e. maxing out your boil kettle, then adding water to the fermenters to get a bigger batch than your kettle would normally allow?

I do a lot of split batches for experimenting/learning. I've recently (successfully) made a few 3-way splits (of 5 gallons each) by targeting a 11-gallon post-boil volume with a higher gravity, and adding water to the fermenters to get the correct volume/gravity.

The Beersmith dilution tool works great for this.  The problem comes when I want to convert one of the 3 batches into a normal 5 or 10 gallon batch.  I have to do a bunch of reverse engineering based on the grain bill percentages, and I worry that the hop utilization might be affected.
