Why in the stats section in the session tab for one recipe have an est attenuation of 52% and in another with the same grist show an est attenuation of 69.5?

I cannot seem to figure out what changed?

This is a tough question. If each recipe is run in different sessions, it is possible that the actual data has changed (e.g. traffic, user behavior, data over time).

If you attach both recipe files (.bsmx) someone might have a chance at figuring this out. Screenshots are not good enough - you must include the whole file, so that the equipment and mash profiles will be included.

Same yeast? Same mash temp? Same fermentation temp? What was the freshness of each yeast? At what temp did you pitch each batch?

There are a lot of variables here that will affect your attenuation.
