Ever been in the situation where you want to brew a classic Czech pilsner, but your local home brew supply has run out of Saaz hops? Well, there is a solution, this video explains what to do if you can't find Saaz hops, offering the best substitute hops that taste just as good or even better. Check it out here

Have been know to use Sterling here in the US as a Saaz substitute. Recently purchased a lot of Czech hops though, Premiant, Sladek, Kazbek, Agnus and Bohemie. Brewed a Czech Pils with the Agnus (10.1% AA) and dry hopped with Kazbek. It's freaking delicious and has that spicy/herbal flavors you would expect from Saaz.
