Select/deselect ingredients

A feature that I would find useful is to be able to select or deselect ingredients in the list of ingredients for a recipe. This could be implemented by adding a checkbox for each ingredient, perhaps to the left of the "Amt" column. This way it would be easy to compare the effects of two related but different ingredients.

Please correct me if this has already been suggested or implemented.

I like that idea.  Right now I compare but quickly adding one in and deleting the other, trying to remember the impact on the OG, or bitterness, or color (not very easy).  The check box would be easier.

  The Substitute button is also helpful but a Compare button would be very cool!
