Starting From Scratch

Howdy folks,

I have a couple of equipment profiles created, and use them both frequently.
One issue I have is when I fire up the recipe/design portion for a new beer, it has some recordable fields already populated. (OG, FG etc) as in it seems to recall a previous brew.

Any ideas on how to wipe this out? I realize it isn't a big deal, just a quality of life thing.

Hi,
Most likely you accidentally set another recipe to be the "default" for new recipes.

You can correct this by:
- Create a new recipe
- Edit that recipe to be what you want toe defaults to be (i.e. no ingredients, your equipment, etc)
- Click on the small "save as default" button (on the ribbon for the desktop version, on the bottom for mobile version)
which will make the current recipe the new default for all future recipes you create.
