Hey guys,
I have my first effort brewing in my primary fermentor. Unfortunately I have not been able to keep the temperature consistently at 68 degrees. I am brewing an ale that I started 6 days ago and while I was away for a weekend, it dropped to 62 degrees ( I presume for most of the weekend). I got it back to the upper 60's now but the airlock is not that busy. Is this a problem?
