Timer addition

Okay I have a recipe that calls for a wait time of 15 minutes after the boil. How do you add the wait time to the timer for this event?  Is this possible?

I just let the timer keep ticking on my notepad.  When I see -45 to -60 minutes past flame-out, my Hot Break is over and time to run through the heat exchanger.
Copy your recipe to the Cloud, then when your in your Brewhaus, with I assume a smart phone or computer, get your recipe off the cloud storage, and let the clock start on your Mash, then the Boil.  Simple....
