Transfer to new computer - custom reports not included

I got a new computer and transferred everything to it using a zip file. That worked fine for all the recipes and profiles, but it didn't include my custom reports. I copied the contents of my reports directory to the new installation but the reports didn't show up. Trying to create them using the file in the reports directory generated errors so I moved them elsewhere then created the reports using the relocated files, one-by-one. Is there an easier and more efficient method to transferring custom reports?

You will need to reinstall them on the new computer. If you have the templates available it is not hard - for BeerSmith 3.2 you don't need to copy them to a certain directory but instead just go to Options->Reports and add them on the dialog there.
