Upgraded to 2.3.7 no longer loads saved data

I just upgraded to 2.3.7 and none of my recipes, ingredients, profiles will load.  I've changed the default directory to a copy of the Beersmith2 folder, nothing.  I can open individual files but cannot get the new version to load automatically.

I'm wondering if you may have confused it when you did the "change directory" move.  Alternately we've had some people run into trouble with antivirus software where the antivirus software actually keeps the program from read/writing data to its primary location because its not a "trusted" or "whitelist" application.

First - make a backup of everything!

Second - if you can load the recipes (for example) by opening any of your backup files (Recipe.bsmx or any of the numbered files) you can simply copy/paste those into My Recipes which should store them permanently.  You can do the same with various profiles (Equipment.bsmx or numbered backups) for instance as well - copy/pasting them to View->Equipment as well as ingredients.

To clarify:

Late night, upgrade messaged appeared.  I decided to just do it.  Took all the defaults. Seemed to go without issue.

Next day I opened BeerSmith and only the Cloud recipes are available.  All other saved information does not load.  It's all there in it's program directory, but won't open as usual.

I then decided to ZIP contents of "C:\Program Files (x86)\BeerSmith2" and then copy same to "..\Documents\BeerSmith2", then change BeerSmith default directories there.  Just to see if it would forcibly pick up the files.  This does not work.

I've decided to manually copy the recipes to the My Recipes folder and deal with a few other details in the same manner.

I think the problem was when you took the contents of the BeerSmith2 Program folder which is the location for the default data.  You likely wiped your data at that point.
