View inventory after license expired

Hi folks. I haven't been brewing this year so I didn't renew my Beersmith license in January. I would now like to look over my inventory of hops and malt but cannot open the program to do this. Any suggestions besides going crosseyed combing through the XML file?

I don't have a method to view inventory without an active copy of BeerSmith.

Is there a way I can open it in "trial" mode to recover this data? Even some guidance on how to fish it out of the XML files would be helpful - I took a look and it wasn't obvious where to find it.
