Often you may want to view one recipe while working on another.
BeerSmith 1.3 lets you view as many as you want in separate windows on the screen so you can refer to one while working on another.
To view a recipe (or any other item) in a separate window:
1. Select the item you want to view
2. Pick the "Preview Item in New Window" command on the View menu (or pick the icon on the main toolbar - just to the right of the print preview icon).
Note: The recipe will be displayed in the current report format, and will not change, so you can even look at the original recipe while creating a new version using the recipe editor.
Also - you can open as many recipes, ingredients, or other items as you want - each will appear in a new window.
