Warehouse floor

I have never cleaned a warehouse floor so I don't know how to price it. I plan to clean it as if it were a tile and grout job. It is very greasy with forklift tire marks so I plan to spray with warehouse cleaning company, scrub with 175 buffer, and rinse with 1200 psi Turbo Hybrid. What is the going rate for cleaning a warehouse cement floor? It's about 4,300 square feet. Thanks,

I think to know the exact cleaning rate of the warehouse's cement floor, you should ask the company in charge of cleaning the warehouse.
