I found the backsweeten tool OK but where is the alcohol dilution that happens along with the backsweetening? Am I missing it or is it not there?
It's easy enough math with the numbers from the backsweeten page. Backsweeten addition/starting volume= percentage to subtract from starting ABV = final ABV.
Of course I couldn't think on the fly so I had to jump back to good old WineCalc.
