We just started up a home brew shop (1 year) in Racine, WI. Would like any input from participants as to what you do or don't like to see in a brew store.
We are remodeling as we sell-what products do you like to see always in stock-recognizing that larger stock means more possibility for loss of freshness in product if stock not sold quickly-what are you usually willing to wait 1-2 weeks for in delivery, etc.
