Yeast Preferences

hi. About Extra Special Bitters:
Looking over the E.S.B. kits at N----- Co.
and it looks like the yeast offerings are
- SafAle S 04 English ale dry
- Wyest 1968 London ESB
Wondering if one of these is better than the other in folks opinions.
Or if it's all the same, just use what I have at home, Kalvin from Canada and a Safale 05 that passed it's expiration date.

I like an ESB with a ton of character from the grains and a semi-full body so a dry ale yeast wouldn't be my choice. I use Mangrove Jacks M15 Empire Ale, which is much closer to Wyeast 1968.

Of the two available to you in this kit I would definitely go with the Wyeast 1968 London ESB.
