« on: January 29, 2014, 02:59:23 PM »
Hi Everyone,

I'm just starting out and have been reading and watching youtube videos and reading through your great forum.
I have uploaded a recipe i have designed on beersmith 2, and would like your expert advice and your opinions on how to make it better if needed.(which it most probably does.)

Thanking you Colin.

That looks OK but it's quite a lot of malt. I'd balance it by adding more bittering hops to bring the IBU to at least 35 or more. I also wouldn't add both munich and crystal, I'd stick to just one or the other. I like to keep things simple.
When the sun beats down and I lie on the bench, I can always hear them talk.
Me, I'm just a lawnmower - you can tell me by the way I walk.
