In windows, all of your recipes and custom profiles reside in Documents/BeerSmith2.
If you haven't added new profiles or recipes to your second install, copy and paste the entire folder in place of the default from BeerSmith.
If you have made modifications, open the folder and just copy/paste the Equipment.bsmx file between the two.
