setting equipment profile as default

I do not have the full version yet.
I do not see any where to set my equipment profile as default. Will that change when i do get the upgrade Key? or is it on here and I just do not see it?
 
You can set an equipment profile up as your default in the 'options' window. 

Select 'Options' from the tool bar. In the 'Brewing' tab, you can set the default equipment profile.
