Attenuation Adjustment

I am doing some recipe tinkering before my next HBS run, and noticed that Beersmith is giving me a FG based on a real attenuation of only 69%. I plan on using Wyeast 2206 (Bavarian Lager), which I have used before and have had no trouble reaching the 77-79% expectation. Why is it shorting me so much?
 
Could be starter size or yeast package date? Not sure.
