When adding a new recipe, I cant choose beer style - stuck on 1 style. if i have inadvertently set it as default, how to undo?

Hi,
You should be able to choose it by clicking on the style name form the open recipe. However if you want to reset your "default" you can open a new recipe, set any field you wish (including style, equipment, etc) and then use the small "Save as Default" button on the ribbon to make these settings the new defaults for future recipes.
