Kriek recipe

kriek shouldn't be sweet at all.

lambic recipes are pretty simple, some pils or two row and some raw wheat. a very little of some very very old hops at the begining of the boil.

pitch a lambic blend then wait 6 months or so, add lots and lots of cherries and wait another 6 months or so.
