American Sour Ale by Michael Tonsmeire. This one should be pretty good, since Michale is an accomplished brewer of sour beers. He also developed recipe concepts for Modern Times Brewing.
Malt: A Practical Guide from Field to Brewhouse by John Mallett. This is the fourth book in the Brewer's Association ingredients series. John is Director of Operations for Bell's Brewing Co.
