Dry hopping Oil mg/l

Given that dry hopping is measured by mg/l to achieve consistent flavor/aroma perception it makes sense that oil content is incorporated in the hop profiles and when selecting dry hopping in the ingredient is would be more relevant to show mg/l instead of IBU. This would help account for differences in crops.
