I brew a 5 gallon saison beer, from yeastcal.com their recommendation was 6 oz of dextrose for carbonisation sugar which I tough was alot, now my beer after 5 day seems to be carbonated enough.
was should I do don't want to end up with beer bomb ;-)
 
Bottle bombs are usually caused by bottling too soon, before fermentation is complete.
You'll probably be ok. Store them cool, but you're gonna have a lotta foam.
