hello.
im going to brew a german wheat beer and i wondered what malt to use with the wheat malt,I am debating between pils to pale ale.
im looking for medium to full body but like as "creamy" texture.
i plan to use 70% wheat and the other pale or pils.
i have tried a konig ludwig german wheat beer and thats my favorite one. has medium creamy body with allot of banana esters.
what should i do.
bye the way i do step mash.
and i I apologize of my english

Pilsner would be more true to the traditional style, with perhaps a small portion of Munich or Vienna.
