I was cold crashing my beer at 35 f. Got home someone pulled the thermostat sensor out of the freezer. Now is that beer garbage.  Hope not :-(

I had the same problem a couple months ago but it was me who forgot to put the temp probe back in the freezer. I thaw the beer out and it was find, still tasted great.

Glad to hear that, I will give it a shot . Thanks

It won't be a problem. I used to have a cooler with a mind of it's own. Froze many a beer. I never froze a lager during primary though because I always keep a closer eye on it during primary. I think that could be an issue. Not sure. I would not do that if you can help it.
