Hey guys I reached my final gravity on a biab irish red ale after 10 days and I'm getting low on beer, kegs are getting very light ;-)
Is it ok to keg it or I should wait 3 week as recommended.

What temperature range and cycle did you follow? How long in primary and at what temp. Give us the entire fermentation temperature and gravity cycle, and will be able to be yeast whisperer's for you.
