Recipe:
6 pounds pale malt extract
1 teaspoon irish moss
1 teaspoon sweet orange peel
Would this recipe make an ale? Or would I have to add grains or hops to finish the batch?

Depends on what you're looking to make.
But you'll at least need an
ale yeast
to finish the batch.

I was just curious if the wort would turn out a light beer. I guess adding a small portion of hops/grains would add taste to the batch. Thx.
