ingredients amounts changed on me.....help!

i just brewed a wheat beer using 4lbs of base malt, 4 lbs of wheat, 1 lb of Munich and .25 lb of Carapils.......after brewing i was fiddling with my actual OG and somehow my amounts on my grainbill  changed......so now i have 3.86 lbs of base, 3.86 lbs of wheat and so on.....when i try to change it back to 4 lbs it jumps right over it to something like 4.11 lbs.....i have no idea how to restore my recipe, i'm sure it's easy, and help would be appreciated.....

  I can't recall having anything like this reported before - are you sure you did not scale the recipe or something??

  Could you email the recipe to me - I can't imagine what would prevent you from changing the amounts back if they are wrong.
