Looking for some guidance from experienced all grain guys and gals.  Im going to make the jump and the system I have seen that does a pretty good job at brewing and tracking for consistency is the Brew Magic 350.  Anyone know if a competitor for that?  Consider brewing 10/15 gallons /week as a starting point.

Welcome to the forum!

Making the jump to all grain is cool. It doesn't require a state of the art system like that, but if your budget allows for it you'll be pretty happy.

There are other versions of all grain breweries. Tiered, gravity feed are the most common. Single tier systems require using a pump, which takes some getting used to. There certainly are a few choices, though the SABCO is one of the best.

And if you're a DIY guy, you can build one! http://www.scribd.com/doc/61781031/Brutus10

BYO magazine has the complete plans for $3.

Brewfun, thanks for the info.  Were looking to start adjusting recipes for a micro brew and consistency is key.  Will see what they offer.

Is it beer :30 yet?
