I have a feeling I am missing something... Here is what has me puzzled. When I input a recipe and click on the Mash section for that recipe, I can view the mash infusion steps and I will see, for example, the Protein Rest with the description of Add 11.25 qt of water at 131.8F. If I double click on that step, the window for that mash step opens and I see Step Temperature of 122.0F, Water to add 8.04 qt at 131.8F. I always have a mismatch in the volumes on all of my recipes. For this one, the mismatch is 11.25 qts of water vs 8.04 qts of water. Why is this?
