I have a lager fermenting that requires 25 days for the first fermentation and 20 on the secondary and 30 days aging in the keg.  I need to shorten by 5 days to be ready for Halloween party.  Should I take a couple days off each stage or just shorten the aging in the keg?  All suggestions welcome.

You're going to find that the 30 day aging is not necessary. It'll be fine after the secondary.
