The New Guy
« on: September 19, 2014, 02:19:43 PM »

I am new to homebrewing, but have years of experience with wine, mead and ciders.  I am really enjoying the experience so far.  I have recently brewed a great IPA and have a Oktoberfest in the primary.  I am planning either an Irish Red or Christmas Holiday Ale as my next batch.

"This is grain... which any fool can eat. But for which the Lord intended, a more divine means of consumption. Let us give praise to our maker, and glory to His bounty, by learning about..... beer."

Welcome Beernut.
Lots of great information here. Check out the recipes section for a Christmas ale.
