Notes
Very nice tasting beer, next time will be more patient and rack to secondary at 4c for at least a week as the beer has slight haze after 5 days in keg, super light color and good hop bitterne2s.

Looks nice (except that there's no finishing hops -- a major omission for a hophead!  ;)). But, one question -- why the flaked rice? Any particular reason, or just because it's there?

The reason for the flaked rice, This beer was brewed to begin with for my wife, she doesn't like sweet beers or an overly full mouthfeel and the flaked rice helped to thin out the brew. The same applies for the omission of the finishing hops I wanted a bitter taste and a clean finish with little hop aroma. I think I have done what I set out to do, an easy drinking thirst quencher with a nice bitter bite.

It looks good - I assume it is a crowd pleaser?

I always like to have a new recipe for "pop" beer since not everyone likes my heavy stouts and porters...

Cheers!
Brad

So far 8 people, all non homebrewers, liked this beer enough to down 1/2 a keg.
