Howdy from texas

Hi Y'all, Hoseman here. I've been brewing for about 5 years. Started with a MR Beer kit. Moved up to 5 gallon batches about 1 1/2 yrs ago. I mainly brew partial mash and extract brews. I have been wanting to move up to All Grain but not there yet. Bought a Coleman Extreme to turn into a mash tun but have not done it yet. I look forward to your advice and expertise and hopefully I can do the same.

I'm also an ex-Mr Beer brewer but went straight to all grain a couple of year ago.
