Hello everyone! I've been brewing for a little over a year, all-grain, and using Beersmith for about a year. I got into brewing after helping a friend out on his brewday after he had surgery on his shoulder. It was so fun I had to try it for myself! I have the typical round Igloo cooler setup with an 8 gallon kettle & Speidel 30L fermentor, nothing fancy but it gets the job done. I'm looking forward to reading the collective wisdom here & improve my beer. Cheers!
