converting and scaling

I would like to add a feature request and that would be to have the ability to convert weights and measures within individual recipes instead of at a global level in the application.  This would make it easier to convert individual recipes to metric as I am no fiddling with past recipes for my Braumeister converting them to metric.

hope this is a good idea, but wanted to make this suggestion.
