Brewed this from a recipie in Ken Shales book "Brewing better beers" 1967 English trade publication

Shoul be ready mid October 8)

3 Days later extremely active fermentation. Would advise primary fermentation in a 6 gallon carboy with a blow off setup
Put this one to a keg the very last of November and drank it through December 07, the keg went dry around Christmas Eve.
Would brew this one again. 4 of 5 stars Rich, Nice dark brown English ale. Good gravity & ABV
I'm very interested in trying other recipies from the same book, Will post TA
